It is a premium light wine that is influenced by the blend of white grapes fermented in steel to a perfect balance of sweetness and acid yielding a multilayered fragrance of fruit and a clean slightly sweet taste across the tongue and a soft smooth finish. This wine has been sold as a house wine for over forty years in CA and throughout the United States. Over three million gallons of this wine is sold each year.
CA Premium White can be purchased in 750 ml bottles and has an Alcohol content of 12.5%
